Ok just heads up we we had 1 of our vans trashed yesterday & I had to personally kick them out as they were still in the van at 11.45, we walked into the van blatantly still just sitting there & the caravan in a state that in all the years of renting not had to deal with, the mess around them & they just sat there as if it was the norm 🤷♀️
I have been blocked by them all as I wasnt very professional apparently 🤣 upon entering the van & seeing them still in there & sitting in this hovel but… hey ho I had already had a few words the day of arrival about bringing 2 dogs which I addressed & they had removed the dogs - well the big 1 as I found out yesterday to the little dog was still there 😡. They thought it was all ok & this was acceptable to they told Coastfields reception staff how rude I was and that I clearly wear the trousers & Paul was embarrassed by me 🤣🤣🥰 as they were just waiting for a lift home, as you can imagine I have let Coastfields staff aware the state of the van & they have seen the pictures now & no longer think it was rude of me to kick them out.

Do not hire to this person they have wrecked my caravan at Ingoldmells, they have put a hole in the door, broken off 3 of the 4 bed legs off the single bed and ripped off a shelf in one of the bedrooms. They also stained the mattress protectors so didn\'t bring their own sheets. They don\'t care and refuse to admit what they have done.
