Ok just heads up we we had 1 of our vans trashed yesterday & I had to personally kick them out as they were still in the van at 11.45, we walked into the van blatantly still just sitting there & the caravan in a state that in all the years of renting not had to deal with, the mess around them & they just sat there as if it was the norm 🤷‍♀️ I have been blocked by them all as I wasnt very professional apparently 🤣 upon entering the van & seeing them still in there & sitting in this hovel but… hey ho I had already had a few words the day of arrival about bringing 2 dogs which I addressed & they had removed the dogs - well the big 1 as I found out yesterday to the little dog was still there 😡. They thought it was all ok & this was acceptable to they told Coastfields reception staff how rude I was and that I clearly wear the trousers & Paul was embarrassed by me 🤣🤣🥰 as they were just waiting for a lift home, as you can imagine I have let Coastfields staff aware the state of the van & they have seen the pictures now & no longer think it was rude of me to kick them out. Don't rent to this person

Do not hire to this person they have wrecked my caravan at Ingoldmells, they have put a hole in the door, broken off 3 of the 4 bed legs off the single bed and ripped off a shelf in one of the bedrooms. They also stained the mattress protectors so didn\'t bring their own sheets. They don\'t care and refuse to admit what they have done.

Renter Damage

The seating in the front room was damaged when I asked about keeping £30 from the bond to cover repairs got told lots of lies like caravan was very dirty and expensive iasked why they didn\'t complain they said they didn\'t like to my advice is don\'t rent to this person as will leave you bad review no matter how good your van is

Blood and Mud

I've Had a family of 6 in our Lovely caravan they've left the Caravan with Blood Staines on one quilt and Chocolate on another this came off but not the Blood which she's saying it wasn't them but when they was the first family in the van this Season who's used the Lounge Bed I know its write Chocolate on most of Walls. Bin Lid Missing god knows how you can loose a bin lid Rubbish down backs of beds. which we get most of the time easy clean Two single good quality Flannelette sheets with Staines on that will not come off no matter how much I've soaked them and put stain remover on them which I can't replace because I can't find any the Same to buy so had to buy cheaper ones had to run all over to replace everything Diesel isn't cheap now as well. she thinks I'm in the wrong for Taking the money for them out of the Bond at least I've given her some Money Back some wouldn't have given anything at all for the messing about and all the washing I've done trying to get them cleaned some how I Don't think they will be coming in our Caravan anymore Rant over Yvonne ( Her Name is Caz Wright her profile is in pics )

Rubbish Left all over the van

Renters left rubbish all over the caravan and shelfs removed from the cupboards
